You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jililock login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. jililock will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You must notify jililock immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. jililock will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
jililock recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service, including GCash, Maya, or email accounts.
jililock accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

jililock's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jililock does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
